Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange, provided it meets the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns:
- Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
- Must include all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Custom or personalized items
- Items marked as Final Sale
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
If rejected, we will notify you with the reason and discuss alternative resolutions.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged product, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate an exchange.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email our support team at support@homeifystore.com with the following:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with further instructions.
